Great location, close to subway and surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. Staff tried their best to be helpful and accommodating. The connecting room was ideal for our needs.
Facilities were outdated and in need of maintenance. Air conditioning didn't work properly, making the room hot and stuffy.

Located in the heart of a bustling shopping district, this hotel is the perfect place to stay for avid shoppers and adventurers alike. Just a short walk away from night markets and lotte shopping centers. The room is spacious, with a clean and modern bathroom stocked with fresh towels every day. staff members are friendly and helpful, while breakfast is varied and deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients.
The exterior could use a touch-up to make it easier to spot from far away.

Convenient place, fairly clean, beautiful rooms and lovely staff. The location was brilliant, walking distance to some of the amazing attractions Seoul has to offer. What's more, we went to Seoul Animation Center really close to the hotel. The stay was absolutely really great!

The hotel's location is great, as it's just next to the subway station and close to many famous attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is also really good, with daily room cleaning. the staff is friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Lastly, the location is excellent as it's very near the airport bus transport stop.
